Adventurer's Respite

Eligible Participants for Competition: Amtgard, SCA, EMP, HEMA, and their affiliate members.

Funding Goal: $1,250,000

Budget

• $600,000 for land
• $250,000 for Tavern
• $400,000 for association accommodations/AirDnD (Underground Halfling Homes)

Kingdom Reward**: the top Amtgard, SCA, EMP, and HEMA Kingdom/Club donators will all receive:

• Public acknowledgement and placard permanently and prominently displayed in the tavern,
• Lifelong discount of 25% off venue booking fee to their Kingdom/Club event(s),
• Lifelong discount of 20% off for lodgings to their Kingdom’s/Club’s members – limited to lump one-time booking

Individual Reward**: the top individual donator per organization will receive:

• Public acknowledgement and placard permanently and prominently displayed in the tavern,
• Free lifelong admission to Adventurer’s Respite events (limited only to this individual – non transferable, and no plus ones),
• A lifelong dedicated lodging free for use on-site during events, (limited only to this individual – non transferable –  so long as RSVP is communicated at least 45 days prior to the event)

Top 5 Reward/Acknowledgement:

The top 5 Individuals of Amtgard, SCA, EMP and HEMA Kingdom/Club donators will all receive:

• Public acknowledgement and placard permanently and prominently displayed in the tavern.

**Adventurer’s Respite(TM) is a Registered Nonprofit of Texas and through the United States as a 501(c)3. We will be sending out donation acknowledgement letters for any who donate more than $250. All donations given to Adventurer’s Respite may be tax deductible, depending on your tax situation. You should always consult a tax professional.

**Donor rewards for Kingdoms/Clubs and Individuals is entirely contingent on full funding by Amtgard, SCA, EMP and/or HEMA participants, as outlined in the budget above.

Stretch Goals:

• $250,000 – siege castle
• $550,000 – forge, armory, and labyrinth
• $1,250,000 – coliseum for tourneys, jousting, etc. & stables with knight school
